General questions

Avenue is a division of Groupe Voyages Québec. Avenue acts as the technology and operations partner for the management of packages, accommodation, transportation and related services for the Grand Prix 2027.

Avenue acts as an intermediary between the customer and the various service partners, including hotels, carriers, VIP service providers and partners related to the customer experience.

No. Avenue is not the official organizer of the event.

For any question directly related to the event, programming, official schedules, site access or Grand Prix regulations, please consult the official communications of the organizer of the Canadian Grand Prix 2027.

Reservations are made online via the microsite dedicated to the Montreal Grand Prix 2027. You can select the available products, review your order summary, then proceed to payment.

Yes. An order summary is available before payment confirmation.

We recommend that you carefully verify:

  • The selected products;
  • The dates;
  • The names of participants;
  • The type of room, if applicable;
  • The billing information;
  • The email address used to receive the confirmation.

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes are added at the time of transaction, unless otherwise indicated.

Additional fees may apply depending on the selected products, including:

  • Hotel establishment fees, eco-fees or resort fees, if applicable;
  • Parking fees, meals or other personal expenses, unless otherwise indicated.

Event dates

The current dates are not official. They are based on the information available at the time of going live. However, they are subject to change and remain subject to official confirmation by the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) / Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

If the event dates are modified, postponed or confirmed differently, your reservation remains valid according to the applicable conditions, on the new dates provided.

The reservation on the new dates remains final, non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable, meaning that the stay can be transferred to the correct dates, but cannot be modified or shortened in terms of dates.

No. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that the official dates of the event are subject to change.

Your reservation is linked to the Canadian Grand Prix 2027 event, regardless of the final confirmed dates. No refund, cancellation or modification will be granted due to a change of dates.

No. Reservations are final, non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Avenue or by the supplier concerned.

The reservation platform is launched to allow customers to secure their accommodation in anticipation of the Canadian Grand Prix 2027.

The dates are based on the information available at the time of going live but remain subject to official confirmation by the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) / Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

By booking now, you acknowledge that:

  • The dates are subject to change;
  • Your reservation is linked to the event, regardless of the final confirmed dates;
  • Your reservation is final, non-cancellable and non-refundable;
  • In the event of a date change, your reservation will be moved to the official event dates and a new confirmation will be sent to you by email.

Payments

Payments must be made by credit card via the secure platform.

The accepted cards are:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • American Express.

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of purchase.

No. No installment payment is possible, unless otherwise indicated.

Yes. An invoice will be sent by email and will be available in your Avenue customer portal.

Modifications, cancellations and refunds

No. All sales are final.

No refund, modification or exchange is permitted after booking confirmation, unless otherwise expressly provided by Avenue or by the event organizer.

A name change may be permitted depending on the conditions applicable to the product or supplier concerned.

Delays or fees may apply. Any request must be submitted to Avenue's customer service.

No refund will be granted in the event of non-use of a ticket, package, room, shuttle or service included in your reservation.

In the event that the event is cancelled in its entirety, the applicable terms will be those determined by the official event organizer and/or by the suppliers concerned.

Avenue will apply the official directives communicated by the organizer or the partners concerned.

No. No refund will be granted due to weather conditions if the event takes place.

Confirmation and customer portal

A confirmation email is sent automatically after booking to the address provided during the transaction.

We recommend that you check your inbox as well as your spam folder.

The Avenue customer portal is the space where you can consult information related to your reservation, when available.

You may find there:

  • Your invoice;
  • Your confirmations;
  • Your transport information (when available);
  • Other important documents related to your package.

Documents will be made available in your Avenue customer portal and/or sent by email when they are ready.

Some information, such as shuttle schedules or official tickets, may be communicated closer to the event.

Tickets and Grand Prix access

Official Grand Prix 2027 tickets, when included in a package, will be issued according to the terms determined by the official event organizer.

They will be transmitted directly by the official organizer, by email at the time determined by them.

No. The event organizer is solely responsible for issuing the tickets.

If the tickets are still not available as the event approaches, contact Avenue's customer service.

Any reproduction, unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, modification or fraudulent use of a ticket is prohibited.

Avenue, the event organizer and/or the responsible authorities reserve the right to refuse access to any person holding a non-compliant or invalid ticket, or one obtained in an unauthorized manner.

Accommodation

Accommodation reservations are made with partner hotels.

Exact inclusions, dates, room types and specific conditions are indicated at the time of purchase.

This depends on the hotel or selected package. Some hotels require a minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights.

Please consult the specific conditions of the product or hotel at the time of purchase.

You must present your identification as well as a valid credit card for incidentals.

The invoice for your stay and your name will be sufficient to identify you, in addition to the identification required for any accommodation reservation.

Yes. A valid credit card may be required by the hotel on arrival to cover incidentals.

The card must generally be:

  • Physical;
  • Valid;
  • In the name of the customer or the person responsible for the room.

Incidentals may include, but are not limited to:

  • Meals and beverages;
  • Room service;
  • Parking;
  • Minibar;
  • Dry cleaning;
  • Access to certain facilities of the establishment;
  • Eco-fees or establishment fees;
  • Damages or additional fees charged by the hotel.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Meals, parking, incidentals and personal expenses are not included by default.

Transport and shuttles

Some packages may include transportation or shuttles, depending on the option selected at the time of purchase.

Exact inclusions are indicated in the package description.

The schedules, departure points, arrival points and terms of use will be communicated when available, generally closer to the event, after the release of the event schedule by the official event organizer.

Any information related to your transportation will be available in your portal once the information is confirmed.

The customer is responsible for showing up at the time and place indicated for departure.

Avenue cannot be held responsible for a customer's delay or absence. No refund will be granted if the shuttle service is not used.

Yes. Transport schedules may be modified due to operational, traffic, security constraints, decisions by authorities or any other factor outside Avenue's reasonable control.

Event changes

Yes. The programming, schedules, access, activities, locations, services and components of the event may be modified without notice by the official organizer, the competent authorities or the suppliers concerned.

No. Changes to schedules, access, programming or services do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
