Avenue – Grand Prix 2027 Packages

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of packages, tickets, accommodation, transportation, shuttles, and related services offered by Avenue, a division of Groupe Voyages Québec, in connection with the Grand Prix 2027.

By making a reservation or purchase on the Avenue microsite dedicated to the Grand Prix 2027, the customer acknowledges having read and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Avenue acts as a hospitality package provider and/or as an intermediary between the customer and the various service partners, including the event organizer, hotels, transportation providers, VIP service providers, and any other partner involved in the customer experience.

Groupe Voyages Québec holds the licenses required to operate in Québec.

Official Event Dates

The dates displayed on the booking platform are based on the information available at the time the platform went live. These dates are subject to change and remain subject to official confirmation by the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) / Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

Avenue is not responsible for the confirmation, modification, or postponement of the official event dates, which fall under the responsibility of the competent official bodies.

By making an accommodation reservation, the customer acknowledges that the official dates of the Grand Prix 2027 may be modified after the confirmation of their reservation. The customer accepts that their reservation is made in connection with the event, regardless of the final confirmed dates.

Consequently, any reservation remains final, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modifiable, even if the official event dates are modified, postponed, or confirmed differently after purchase.

In the event that the dates change, the customer's reservation will be moved accordingly and a new confirmation will be sent to the customer.

2. Description of Products and Packages

Products and packages offered by Avenue in connection with the Grand Prix 2027 may include, depending on the option selected at the time of purchase:

  • tickets or admission to the Grand Prix 2027;
  • hospitality packages;
  • suites, VIP tickets, or premium experiences;
  • accommodation in a partner hotel;
  • transportation or shuttle services;
  • complementary services related to the customer experience.

Exact inclusions are specified in the description of each product or package at the time of purchase.

Any inclusion not expressly mentioned in the product or package description is deemed excluded.

Images, descriptions, maps, visuals, schedules, and information presented on the microsite are for informational purposes only and may be modified without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes are added at the time of the transaction, unless otherwise specified.

Displayed prices may be modified without notice prior to booking confirmation. Once the transaction is completed and confirmed, the price is guaranteed for the selected services.

Additional fees may apply depending on the products selected, including:

  • applicable taxes;
  • accommodation taxes;
  • service fees;
  • processing fees;
  • hotel establishment fees, eco-fees, or resort fees, where applicable.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of purchase.

Payments must be made by credit card via the secure platform. Accepted cards are:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • American Express.

Installment payments are not available, unless otherwise specified.

A booking confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of the transaction.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking, including:

  • participants' names;
  • stay dates;
  • room type;
  • products selected;
  • billing information;
  • email address used for confirmation.

5. Confirmation, Invoice, and Customer Portal

A confirmation email is automatically sent after the booking. The customer is responsible for checking their inbox as well as their spam folder.

An invoice will be sent by email and/or made available in the Avenue customer portal.

Documents related to the booking, such as hotel confirmations, tickets or transportation documents, confirmations, and other applicable documents, will be accessible in the Avenue customer portal when available.

The customer is responsible for consulting their customer portal before the event in order to review important information related to their booking.

6. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, modifications, or exchanges are permitted after the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise expressly provided by Avenue or by the event organizer.

Accommodation reservations included in packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

Any modification request must be sent to Avenue's customer service. Avenue does not guarantee that a modification can be made.

A name change may be permitted depending on the conditions applicable to the product or supplier concerned. Delays, restrictions, or fees may apply.

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • non-use of a ticket, package, room, shuttle, or service;
  • customer lateness or absence;
  • schedule changes;
  • programming changes;
  • weather conditions;
  • dissatisfaction relating to an element outside Avenue's reasonable control;
  • the event taking place, even if certain components are modified.

In the event that the event is cancelled in its entirety, the applicable terms will be those determined by the official event organizer and/or the suppliers concerned. Avenue will apply the official instructions communicated by the organizer or the partners concerned.

The customer also acknowledges that the official dates of the Grand Prix 2027 are subject to change and remain subject to official confirmation by the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) / Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).

By confirming their reservation, the customer accepts that their purchase is linked to the Grand Prix 2027 event, regardless of the final confirmed dates. No refund, cancellation, or modification will be granted due to a change, postponement, or different confirmation of the official event dates.

7. Tickets and Event Access

Official Grand Prix 2027 tickets, when included in a package, will be issued according to the terms determined by the official event organizer.

Avenue is not responsible for delays in issuing or transmitting tickets when these are the responsibility of the official event organizer or a third-party supplier.

It is the customer's responsibility to keep their tickets and access documents until the end of the event.

Any reproduction, unauthorized resale, fraudulent use, or modification of a ticket is prohibited. Avenue and/or the responsible authorities reserve the right to deny access to any person holding a ticket that is non-compliant, invalid, or obtained in an unauthorized manner.

8. Mobile Tickets and Digital Documents

Certain tickets, vouchers, or documents may be issued in digital or mobile form.

It is the customer's responsibility:

  • to ensure they have access to their documents before the event;
  • to keep their tickets, vouchers, and confirmation;
  • to bring a functional mobile device that can display the document, if required;
  • to print their documents when recommended or necessary;
  • to verify the specific instructions sent before the event.

Avenue is not responsible for technical issues related to the customer's mobile device, email inbox, internet connection, or access to the customer portal.

9. Accommodation

Accommodation reservations are made with partner hotels.

The specific conditions of each establishment apply, including:

  • check-in and check-out times;
  • deposit policies;
  • incidental fees;
  • the hotel's internal policies;
  • rules regarding credit cards at check-in;
  • policies regarding additional occupants.

The customer is responsible for complying with the hotel establishment's rules.

A valid credit card may be required by the hotel at check-in to cover incidental fees. This card must generally be physical, valid, and in the name of the customer or the person responsible for the room.

Incidental fees may include, without limitation:

  • meals and beverages;
  • room service;
  • parking;
  • minibar;
  • dry cleaning;
  • fees related to hotel facilities;
  • eco-fees or establishment fees;
  • damages or additional charges billed by the hotel.

Unless otherwise specified, meals, parking, incidental fees, and personal expenses are not included.

10. Transportation and Shuttles

Some packages may include transportation, shuttles, or private shuttles, depending on the option selected at the time of purchase.

Schedules, departure points, arrival points, and usage details will be communicated to the customer when available.

Transportation schedules may be modified based on operational constraints, traffic, security, decisions by authorities, or any other factor outside Avenue's reasonable control.

No refund will be granted if the customer does not use the shuttle or transportation service included in their package.

The customer is responsible for arriving at the time and location indicated for departure. Avenue cannot be held responsible for a customer's lateness or absence.

11. Event Programming, Schedules, and Changes

The programming, schedules, accesses, activities, locations, services, and components of the event may be modified without notice by the official organizer, the competent authorities, or the suppliers concerned.

These modifications may include, without limitation:

  • race or activity schedules;
  • site access;
  • hospitality zones;
  • locations;
  • services offered;
  • transportation arrangements;
  • security measures.

These modifications are the responsibility of the official event organizer or the suppliers concerned and do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

12. Avenue's Liability

Avenue acts as a hospitality package provider and/or as an intermediary between the customer and the various service providers.

Avenue cannot be held responsible for:

  • injuries;
  • material loss or damage;
  • theft or loss of personal belongings;
  • delays or cancellations caused by third parties;
  • changes made by the event organizer;
  • decisions by public authorities;
  • weather conditions;
  • service interruptions caused by third-party suppliers;
  • any personal incident experienced by the customer during the stay or the event.

In the event of a problem, Avenue undertakes to collaborate in good faith with the customer and the suppliers concerned in order to identify a reasonable solution, when possible.

Avenue's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service concerned.

13. Force Majeure

Avenue cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure or any situation outside its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • extreme weather conditions;
  • strikes;
  • labor disputes;
  • pandemics or health emergencies;
  • government decisions;
  • access restrictions;
  • road closures;
  • public safety issues;
  • service interruption by a supplier;
  • cancellation or modification of the event by the organizer;
  • any other situation outside Avenue's reasonable control.

In such a situation, Avenue will apply the instructions of the suppliers, the official organizer, or the competent authorities.

14. Use of Tickets, Packages, and Services

The tickets, packages, vouchers, and services purchased are intended for the use of the customer identified at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

Any reproduction, unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, modification, or fraudulent use is prohibited.

Avenue, the event organizer, the hotels, and/or the suppliers concerned reserve the right to refuse access or service to any person who does not comply with the applicable conditions.

15. Personal Information

Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the following purposes:

  • processing the transaction;
  • managing the booking;
  • communication related to the package purchased;
  • transmission of important information before, during, and after the event;
  • coordination with the suppliers required to deliver the services purchased;
  • management of the customer experience.

This information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

By making a reservation, the customer consents to certain necessary information being transmitted to the suppliers concerned, including hotels, transportation providers, organizers, or service partners, when required to deliver the services purchased.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Québec.

18. Acceptance of the Terms

By confirming a reservation or purchase on the Avenue microsite dedicated to the Canadian Grand Prix 2027, the customer acknowledges:

  • having read and understood these Terms;
  • accepting the applicable terms of sale;
  • understanding that sales are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, unless otherwise specified;
  • being responsible for the accuracy of the information provided;
  • accepting the conditions of the suppliers involved in delivering the services purchased.
